Where we stand, before the list. We make Asteroid Duel, a free space duel for two people on one phone, and this page counts other games’ prices. We take no referral fee from any game here, ours is not first, and every other game below has far more players than ours. A section at the end says what they do better.
JindoBlu’s 2 Player Games is the collection people mean when they ask for games two people can play on one phone: 424,138 App Store ratings and more than 100 million Google Play downloads on 20 October 2026. It is free, both stores say it contains ads, and on iPhone the only thing it sells is Remove Ads at $6.99. The usual reasons to look elsewhere are the ads, that price, or wanting one deeper game rather than a box of small ones.
What 2 Player Games costs past the free part
The App Store listing is 2 Player Games : Offline Games, developer Moreno Maio, seller Jindoblu Limited, first released 31 May 2019 and last updated 7 October 2026. It is rated 4+, needs iOS 13 or later, weighs 224 MB and was fifth on Apple’s Family chart. The games it names include ping pong, spinner war, air hockey, snakes, pool, tic tac toe, penalty kicks and sumo, with minigolf, racing cars, sword duels and chess beside them, and each can be played alone against the computer. It keeps score between minigames so a match can run as a cup.
The money side is short. Apple’s In-App Purchases row lists Remove Ads at $6.99 and nothing else. The data side is longer. Apple’s panel lists identifiers and usage data under data that may be used to track you. Google Play’s data safety page says the Android version may share approximate location, user IDs and device IDs with third parties for analytics and advertising, and that data can’t be deleted. The same studio sells the same deal in 1 2 3 4 Player Games, with 121,585 App Store ratings, for groups of up to four.
All of them side by side
Store facts only, read from Apple and Google Play on 20 October 2026 and linked at the foot of this page. Prices are Apple’s, since Google Play shows the purchase badge without figures on these listings.
| Game | Platforms | Ads | What it sells (App Store) | Used to track you (Apple) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 Player Games (JindoBlu) | iOS, Android | Yes | Remove Ads $6.99 | Identifiers, usage data |
| Astro Party | iPhone, iPad, Apple silicon Mac | Yes | Unlock Snub Ship $3.99 | Data Not Collected |
| 2 Player Games - Pastimes | iOS, Android | Yes | Remove ads $2.99 or $5.99, all games $4.99, single games $0.99 | Location |
| Stickman Party | iOS; Android not checked | Not in Apple’s Contains row, though it sells Remove ADs | Coin packs $0.99 to $19.99, Remove ADs $0.99 | Location, identifiers, other data |
| Drive Ahead! | iOS, Android | Yes, plus loot boxes | 1-month Pro Pass $2.49, gems and offers $0.79 to $9.99 | Purchases, location, identifiers, usage data |
| Supreme Duelist | iOS, Android | Yes | No In-App Purchases row on Apple; Play shows the badge | Usage data |
| Asteroid Duel (ours) | iOS, Android, browser | Yes | Nothing | Nothing under tracking |
A price is not a fault, and a short list is not a cheap game. Drive Ahead! sells the most and has also been updated the most recently of any game here. Apple’s list shows up to ten items and does not claim to be complete.
The alternatives
Astro Party
The closest thing to a space duel for friends on one screen, and the oldest game on this page that is still updated. Rusty Moyher’s listing describes a deathmatch where ships can only turn right, two-button controls, three game modes and up to four players on one iPhone or iPad. Free, 9+, iOS 12 or later, 111.1 MB, 4.6 stars across 14,652 ratings, first released 2 October 2014 and last updated 10 February 2026. Apple lists advertising, one in-app purchase, Unlock Snub Ship at $3.99, and a privacy panel that reads “Data Not Collected”. We found no Google Play listing for it in a store search on 20 October 2026. A sequel, Astro Party EX, came out on 26 January 2026: free to try, Full Game Unlock at $4.99, rated 13+, 22 ratings so far, also “Data Not Collected”.
2 Player Games - Pastimes
The most direct swap for JindoBlu’s collection: quick 3D minigames for two on one device, or one against the computer, from Tellmewow (Senior Games on Google Play). Its list includes a Far West duel, a space adventure, pinball, hockey, ping pong and disk battle. Free, 4+, iOS 14 or later, 189.8 MB, 4.6 stars across 16,725 App Store ratings, last updated there on 20 January 2026. Google Play shows 4.5 stars across 209K reviews, more than 50 million downloads and an update on 24 September 2026, and its data safety section reads “No data collected” and “No data shared with third parties”. Apple’s panel, for the iPhone version, lists location under tracking. It sells more than JindoBlu does: two Remove ads items at $2.99 and $5.99, Unlock all games at $4.99, and single games at $0.99, which means some games start locked.
Stickman Party: 4 Player Games
More than 30 minigames for one to four players on one device, including tanks, football and car races, offline. Free, 9+, iOS 12 or later, 420.5 MB, 4.5 stars across 41,438 ratings. Its last update was 12 June 2025, the oldest on this page. Apple lists coin packs from $0.99 to $19.99 and Remove ADs at $0.99. Apple’s Contains row does not list advertising, though the app sells ad removal, so we cannot say from the listing how many ads it shows. Location, identifiers and other data appear under tracking. We did not check a Google Play version.
Drive Ahead!
One game rather than a collection: car battles where you win by landing on the other driver’s head, with more than 250 cars, offline two-player play and modes for one. The biggest audience here after JindoBlu’s: 4.6 stars across 152,766 App Store ratings, and 4.3 stars across 1.61M Google Play reviews with more than 100 million downloads. Rated 9+ on Apple and Everyone 10+ on Play, 623.6 MB, iOS 15 or later, updated 13 October 2026. It also costs the most past free. Apple’s Contains row lists loot boxes, advertising and messaging and chat, and its purchase row starts with a 1-month Pro Pass at $2.49 followed by gem packs and special offers from $0.79 to $9.99. Purchases, location, identifiers and usage data are listed under tracking and as linked to you.
Supreme Duelist
Ragdoll stick-figure fights with one-player, two-player and survival modes. 4.6 stars across 18,400 App Store ratings, and 4.5 across 2.05M Google Play reviews with more than 100 million downloads, updated 24 September 2026 on Apple and 18 September on Play. Apple rates it 13+ for frequent cartoon or fantasy violence; Google Play rates it Everyone. Both stores list advertising. Apple shows no In-App Purchases row and Google Play shows the badge. Google Play’s data safety section says no data is collected or shared, and also that data isn’t encrypted. Apple’s panel lists usage data under tracking and device IDs as linked to you.
Asteroid Duel (ours)
Last, and one game rather than a collection: Asteroid Duel puts a ship at each end of the screen with asteroids between them. There is no fire button; the ship shoots on its own and each player steers from their own half. You can play a single round or first to three, give a younger player an agreed head start, or pair two devices on the same Wi-Fi with no sign-in. Beside the duel, two people can play tug-of-war, hot potato or co-op, and a group can run a pass-the-phone bracket. Alone there are fifty campaign levels with a boss on every fifth, Endless, Practice and a daily duel. Free, rated 9+ on the App Store and Everyone with Mild Fantasy Violence on Google Play, iOS 15 or later, 42 MB, and playable in a browser. No in-app purchases of any kind; coins are earned by playing and spent only on the solo ship. It carries a banner on the menus and a full-screen ad after every fourth finished match, never during play. Apple’s panel lists identifiers, usage data and diagnostics as not linked to you, and nothing under tracking; Google Play says device IDs may be shared with third parties. It has been on the App Store since 30 September 2026, with no rating there yet, and Google Play showed 5+ downloads and no rating on 20 October 2026.
What these games do better than ours
- They are collections, and ours is one game. JindoBlu’s app and Pastimes each hold a long list of different duels, from air hockey to pool. If one game goes stale for you, they have another. Ours has one kind of match.
- Astro Party seats four and collects nothing. Up to four players on one iPad, and a privacy panel that reads “Data Not Collected”. Ours is for two, and it carries ads that use identifiers.
- Pastimes’ Android version declares no data collected. Ours declares device IDs shared for its ads.
- Drive Ahead! is a far bigger game. More than 250 cars and years of updates, against our fifty levels.
- They have players. We have a listing. JindoBlu reports more than 100 million Play downloads and 424,138 App Store ratings. Ours reports 5+ downloads on Play and no ratings on either store, read 20 October 2026.
